Some provinces like Manitoba values a candidate based on whether he has been in the province for some duration, either studying or working.
There are some provinces like British Columbia which require the candidate to have already got lucrative employment in this province so that he has funds to support himself upon reaching here. Besides this requirement, it’s also mandatory for the candidate to have 24 months of work experience to prove his worth for the job.
